Shankar is .a weird man. He is a .man of tradi.tional values, .hence he natura.lly hates youth wearing mod.ern clothes. He. is a sports. fan, but thinks lowl.y of youth knowing anything. about sp.orts. But his most weird tr.ait is. hatred towards men without. moustach.es. He thinks t.hat men w.ithout moustaches .are characterless..　　Ramprasad has a mou.stache. He t.akes care of ot.her problems by. wearing kurta feigning .ignorance about. sports. Bha.vani hires him immedi.ately. Ram is a hardworking. guy, so .Bhavani ( Ram) have no pr.oblems.. However, Ram once takes l.eave by p.retending that .his mothe.r (who died many y.ears ago) has take.n ill, and goes to wa.tch a hockey. match. Bhavani. Shankar, who a.lso attended the match, see.s him there.　　T.he next day .Bhavani summons Rampr.asad to his office and asks. him abou.t the Hockey match. Remembe.ring t.he plot of a movie a friend. of his i.s shooting, Ram. convince.s Bhavani Shankar .that he had seen h.is moustache-less ide.ntical twin .Lucky (alias La.kshmanprasad Da.shrathprasad Sharma) at the. stadium.　　Bhav.ani Shankar .buys his argument .feels bad about accusing hi.m and dec.ides to make amends by hiri.ng Luc.ky to teach his daughter Ur.mila (Bin.diya Goswami) m.usic. Ram.prasad reluctantly. shaves his mousta.che to become Lucky a.nd starts to. teach music to. Urmila. He is .helped by his actor friend .Deven Verma (pl.aying himsel.f).　　Now Urmila aka U.rmi is the exact opposite o.f her fat.her. She takes immediate li.king t.o Lucky, while Ram is barel.y noticed. by her. Bhavan.i notices. this gives Ram. another job to tu.tor on the pretext of. her exams. .Meanwhile, Mrs.. Srivastav (Din.a Pathak), a socialite, is .roped to play t.he part of R.am, Lakshman Ratna.'s mother. Like Ram, she al.so ends u.p playing her own twin in f.ront o.f Bhavani.　　Ram decides to .tell Urmi.la the truth. U.rmila tel.ls him to tell the. truth to Bhavani .as well. Ram goes to .Bhavani to t.ell the truth, .but Bhavani see.s Ram's moustache giving aw.ay. Bhavani exp.oses Ram, bu.t ends up thinking th.at Lucky murdered Ram im.personate.d him to marry Urmila.　　In .a hila.rious chase that follows, B.havani en.ds up totalling. a police. jeep. The Senior .Inspector (Om Prak.ash) mistakes him for. a thug name.d Pascal D'Cost.a is about t.o lock him up in the jail. .Only when his I.nspector ide.ntifies Bhavani Shank.ar by his real identity is .he freed.. By now, a harried Bhavani .has de.veloped hatred for twin as .well.　　On. coming home, h.e finds t.hat Urmila Luck.y are married. He .refuses to give them .blessings, u.ntil Dr.Kedar c.omes to the sce.ne explains the whole si.tuation. Now, B.havani becom.es even more furious,. but on everybody's insiste.nce, rele.nts. The film ends with a f.amily .photo of Mrs.Srivastav, Rat.na, Urmil.a, Ram, Dr.Keda.r, Bhavan.i's sister Kalindi. (Shubha Khote) . Bhavani (who is show.n without mo.ustache).
